Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

South Africa
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, ASH-FIT is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
ASH-FIT is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
However, if you experience any issues, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the shipping address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
