Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ASH-FIT. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in the original packaging
Have all original tags attached
Be in the same condition that you received it
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked final sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom products
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
For hygiene reasons, some activewear items such as underwear or compression garments may not be eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Order Number: Include your order number in the email.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect size sent by mistake

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the item
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
